01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the y339 platform — whether via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other interface — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "the Player") and y339 ("the Company", "the Platform", "we", "us").

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the y339 platform and close your account. Continued use of y339 following any amendments to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

02 Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on y339, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be a minimum of 21 years of age. y339 enforces a strict 21+ policy and does not permit underage gambling under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing y339 from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, officer, director, or immediate family member of any employee of y339 or its affiliated entities.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order imposed by y339 or any recognised gambling regulatory body.

03 Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) active y339 account at any time. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited. y339 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts without notice and to void any balances or winnings associated with them.

3.2 Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the registration process and to update your account details promptly if any information changes. y339 shall not be held liable for any consequences arising from a player's failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your y339 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. y339 will treat all activity conducted from your account as authorised by you unless you have notified us in writing of a security breach.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

y339 is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and responsible gaming obligations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before deposits, withdrawals, or bonus redemptions are processed:

4.2 Deposit Conditions

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. 4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to deposit funds into your account or to a verified account in your own name. y339 targets withdrawal processing within three (3) to five (5) business days, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and KYC status of your account. Withdrawals will not be processed on accounts with outstanding bonus wagering requirements unless explicitly approved by y339.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

y339 complies with international anti-money laundering standards. Any deposits or withdrawal requests that trigger AML thresholds will be subject to enhanced due diligence. y339 reserves the right to delay, withhold, or report transactions to relevant authorities where AML obligations require it.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by y339 are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for that offer only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and contribution rates will be specified in the individual bonus terms. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before completing wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

5.4 Promotion Availability

Promotions are available to eligible y339 account holders at the sole discretion of the Company. y339 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Continued availability of a promotion is not guaranteed.

06 Games & Betting

6.1 Game Fairness

All casino games available on the y339 platform utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and audited for fairness. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are accurate to the best of y339's knowledge and are sourced from game providers. y339 does not manipulate game outcomes.

6.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets on y339. These limits are displayed within each game or market and are subject to change. y339 reserves the right to impose individual betting limits on specific accounts where warranted.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the y339 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the platform
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit any part of the y339 platform
• Engaging in collusion with other players in casino games or sports betting
• Money laundering or any activity intended to conceal the proceeds of unlawful activity
• Accessing the platform from a restricted jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or similar circumvention tool
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive conduct towards y339 staff or other players
• Exploiting software bugs or glitches rather than reporting them to y339 support
• Registering or allowing use of your account by any person under the age of 21

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the y339 platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, and interface design — is the property of y339 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, or create derivative works from any y339 content without prior written consent from the Company. Unauthorised use of y339 intellectual property may result in legal action.

09 Privacy & Data

y339 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read in conjunction with them. By registering on y339, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

y339 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with licensed third-party service providers, payment processors, and regulatory bodies as required to operate the platform and comply with legal obligations.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, y339 and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

y339's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Termination & Account Closure

11.1 Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your y339 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of outstanding bonus wagering obligations) will be returned to you via your verified payment method within five (5) business days.

11.2 Closure by y339

y339 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account — with or without prior notice — where a player has breached these Terms & Conditions, where fraud or money laundering is suspected, where KYC verification cannot be completed, or where the Company deems closure necessary to comply with its legal or regulatory obligations. In cases of fraudulent activity, y339 may withhold account balances pending investigation.
